Windows asking for password every time you attempt to use a saved password in CHROME

This may be a new behavior based on a version of Chrome released at the beginning of August 2023.

To resolve the issue: 

Click the 3 dots on the right side of the title bar of Chrome, then click settings, Autofill and Passwords, Google Password Manager, then settings on the left and turn off the setting for Use Windows Hello when filling passwords.
