Adobe Creative Cloud: Installation Guide for macOS and Windows Devices

We are excited to be able to provide Adobe Creative Cloud accounts to all Viewpoint employees, as well as Middle & Upper School students. Instead of pre-loading the Adobe software and license on your computer, you now sign-in using your Viewpoint login credentials and then choose the software you would like installed. You may run the installation on up to 10 personal devices but you are allowed only two simultaneous sessions at a time.

Primary Installation Method: Using Adobe.com

Go to adobe.com
Click on “Sign In” in the upper-right corner of the page.

IMPORTANT NOTE: unlikely many other platforms, do not use the "Continue with Google" option at sign in for this procedure. You must sign-in using the exact instructions below for your device to be properly activated.
Enter your full Viewpoint School email address.
If prompted with “Choose an account for…” select “Enterprise ID”
Once redirected, enter your password.
Once logged in, select “Desktop Downloads.”
Click on “Download” next to any of the Apps you’d like to install and follow the instructions.

Alternate Installation Method: Using the Creative Cloud Desktop App

Use the following download link to get the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app Installer: https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/download/creative-cloud
Run the installer on your computer and sign in when prompted.
Once installed you will see the following:
- macOS: you will see this icon in your menubar:
- Windows: you will see it in your taskbar:
Click on the Adobe Creative Cloud menu bar shortcut and under the “Apps” tab click “Install” to the right of any app you’d like to install
