How to customize voicemail greeting

Text instructions:

Sign in to the Zoom web portal at https://zoom.us and login using "Sign in with Google".

Click on Phone on the left, then click Settings at the top.

Scroll down to Call Handling and find "Greeting and Leave Voicemail," at the bottom of the section.

Click edit and then choose add audio.

We recommend you choose Record by Computer.

• Choose a name for this recording.
• Choose voicemail from the category drop down.
• Click the record button to set your voicemail.
