To setup an out of office automatic reply from you iPhone or iPad, follow these steps. You must be using the Outlook app to complete this process.
- Launch Outlook and click on the House icon next to Inbox (upper left). This opens the main menu.
- Click on the Gear icon at bottom left to open Settings.
- Click on the name for the mail account for which you want to setup auto-replies.
- Click on Automatic replies. Toggle to On and edit the outgoing message. You have the option to setup different messages based on whether the message is internal (someone with an email address ending with viewpoint.org) or external (anyone else, i.e. Gmail). You can also set time-based rules as well.
- Click out of settings and you're done!
