Removing Wi-Fi Settings & Profiles

Before re-enrolling a personal device connected to Viewpoint's Wi-Fi network, you must first remove the old profile off the device.  

Instructions for macOS

1. Open the System Preferences control panel and launch the Privacy & Security and scroll to the bottom to open the Profiles panel.
   
   
   
2. Select the "Viewpoint School VPS" profile, click the [-] button at the bottom, and then confirm the deletion by clicking Remove.
   
   
3. Press Remove.
   
   
   
4. If prompted authenticate using Touch ID or enter your password.
5. You may now proceed with device enrollment by clicking HERE.

Instructions for iOS / iPadOS

1. Open Settings  > General > VPN & Device Management.
   
   
   
   
   
2. Tap the Wireless profile "Viewpoint School VPS MobileConfig" and tap Remove Profile.
   You will be prompted for passcode or biometric authentication.
   Confirm the deletion of the profile by tapping Remove.
